Your access/membership privilege to EM-Money is subject to this Membership Agreement, the EM-Money Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, FAQ(help), notices, disclaimers and any other rules of use and or conduct contained on this web site. Your use of, and/or access to and/or activation of an EM-Money membership constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions stated herein.
As a member of EM-Money, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.
All members of EM-Money must maintain a correct profile at all times. This includes maintaining your correct and FULL name and address, as well as a valid email address.
EM-Money reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be in violation of any of the terms as set out in this Membership Agreement, or if the member is found to be defrauding the system in any way.
EM-Money is an ENGLISH speaking site - We require that all members read, write, and understand the english language. We require that all advertising / promotion of EM-Money be done on ENGLISH speaking sites / forums and the like. We do not endorse the advertising of our site on non english speaking sites and your account is at risk if we should find you doing so. We have no way of validating the legitimacy of your advertisement / promotion when placed in a language other than english.
Members agree to not hold liable EM-Money for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the EM-Money website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, points, downline members, and statistics. EM-Money agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and EM-Money will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data.
